Pleasant Pooch Training

This place is more of a ripoff then anything. I wanted to kennel my dogs here (3 of them) and I was told that because they are heavier in size that it would be more 22/night in fact. Then upon asking why they said it’s because they feed them. I then asked if I can bring in the food to save some money and they told me it would actually be $1.75 more! Of course I ask why and it’s because the technician has to do more work! Lol I was shocked when they hung up on me too! So if you like being ripped off go here!!

I don't leave reviews but I felt compelled with this one. By my count I called the location 8 times, left at least 4 voicemails, and 3 emails with ONE call back. I was cash in hand for the 2nd biggest package that they offer but I guess gaining a new customer is just not that important to them, unfortunately. I cannot imagine how frustrated we would be if our pup was boarding there and we needed to contact them if they were THIS unresponsive to a potential new customer.
