We have used HVAC solutions since we had an AC emergency a couple of years ago. Mike and his team do a great job and fixed out unit then without gouging us. Small part was the problem, but he could easily have sold us an expensive repair or even a new unit as it was hot and we had guests.
They have performed our PM since then and taken care of a couple of other small issues with our 10 year old units.
During last repair Mike and I discussed potential timeline for replacement vs repair and which parts failing indicate time to replace. Also discussed some changes to our duct routing when we do replace.
His crew is always very polite, on time and doesn't leave a mess.
