My sister, a realator...was showing a property in Meeker...and was pulled over for expired tags. The car was recently purchased and that tags weren’t available yet...the rookie cop (his third stop ever) impounded her car and it cost her $800 bucks to get it back after they towed it 20 miles away. Completely unnecessary! FShe had to call our sister to come and get her...and our sister was an hour away. That’s the meat and potatoes of it...but why the hell didn’t they just cite her and move on...it’s because the police are crooked. Multiple residents as well as two women at the clerks office agreed with the above statement. It’s a scam...avoid Meeker! Don’t spend money there and share this with as many people as possible. Boycott Meeker...starve them out. And be advised of a corrupt police department. Share and repost as much as you feel like. Time to copy and paste this to all my social media
