After sending in a picture asking for help identifying the handles and escutcheons I needed I was directed to purchase a kit for $47.55 on Feb 22nd. The kit contained everything one would need to rebuild a faucet, but they were not the correct parts for mine so I shipped them back per the email from Tim.
Almost two months later after several unanswered emails and phone messages, I receive an email stating that the credit is finally being processed, but with a 20% restock fee! So with return freight and restock I am out $23.62, or just under half of the original purchase.
