I did call 911 cause my husband was BEATING on me and the female dispatcher did nothing... I held my phone so she could hear the fight tone on and NOT CARNEGIE or County came to my RESCUE... WHAT'S THE Point in 911 if they DONT HELP. JUST LIKE TONIGHT... HE could've BEAT me to DEATH lots of times. .
