Best Western Red River Inn & Suites

My husband and I went to stay at this location recently and we were quoted $136 and some change with our AARP discount. When we checked out and left, I looked at the bill and noticed that we were charged $143.99 + tax which made the bill $161.27. When i contact customer to inquire about the discrepancy the person told me that she saw nothing for the $136 and change we were quoted for the room. I know when I made the reservation I repeated to my husband the $136 that I was quoted, I did not appreciate feeling like I was the lying about the quote that I received before I made the reservation when she asked if I had inquired about other Best Western hotels when this was the only one I called to inquire about. The 143.99 × 10% = 14.40 ... 143.99 - 14.40 = 129.59 +the tax would have been the 136 and some change we were quoted. I am not sure that I will stay with Best Western again due to this issue.
