Waste Connections of Chickasha

Cannot log onto website. I live on a dirt road so I know they won't come when it's rained. But when it's bone dry they tell me the road is too bad? B.S. Then when I call to report they didn't come I'm told I'll be called back but never am. I just want the service I pay for. I accept they can't come when it's rained but this is not acceptable when the road is completely dry and fine.
