Will NEVER use Betty again. I took in my taxes I needed done along with the previous years because everyone I have used in the past has asked for the previous year's. Betty did both years taxes, even though the previous years were obviously complete. She overcharged me, now 4 months later, I received a letter from the Oklahoma Tax Commission saying I owe them more money. She is not easy to work with and is screwing me over. If I could give 0 stars I would.
