So I called this photo lab because I ordered a photo book online...not only was the Guy who answered carry on a different conversation while I was trying to tell him my name he put the phone down and came back on and said your name is Ashley brown...HELL NO my name is Ashley but no where close to Ashley brown so I tell him my last name again and so he puts the phone the down again and comes back with another off the wall last name ...by this time I'm boiling hot and u can hear him in the back round just have a wonderful convo with his fellow team mates and says ma'am its not here...WELL HOW IN THE HELL WOULD U KNOW IF IT IS THERE U DONT EVEN KNOW MY LAST NAME....that will be the last time I have something shipped there
