Volvo Cars of Tulsa

If you buy a Volvo from out of town and you call here to ask a Sales member to walk you through the cars features don't expect them to help- they will leave you on hold. They will also tell you to ask the person that sold it to you- I bought it out of town. I was able to talk to the GM and he got me taken care of.

completely awful service. Did not return phone calls- kept the car 3 days past their original estimate- no loaner cars available without 3 week advanced notice. Use Art's Volvo service in Tulsa- much more professional and knowledgeable (and a lot less expensive).
