The Vitality Mill

I LOVE this place!!! I used to not be able to do a lot of the exercises that I do with (somewhat ;-) ) ease now. I have more strength, I have more motivation, and most of all I have some freaking AWESOME muscles!!! All thanks to some TOTALLY AMAZING trainers! The staff truly makes you feel like family. I have NEVER felt that in any other gym setting I have been in. They have their own kitchen and they make some DELICIOUS food too!!! I wish I could put more stars down on this review. 5 stars seems kind of inadequate. ;-)
