Vista Dry Cleaners

My first (and last) experience with this provider was very upsetting. I took my clothes to this cleaners and asked for quotes at the counter because it was my first time there. The counter lady told me it would be $21 for 2 men's coats and 1 long women's jacket - that sounded a great deal to me. When I came to pick them up a day later the price was changed to $39.62. There was the other lady at the counter who told me she corrected the price because it was calculated with an error. I noticed to her that nobody had called me regarding these significant changes and I initially asked to let me know about their pricing before I placed my order. She just shrugged and said that this's the final price and her coworker was wrong. No intention to improve the situation, no apologies, no nothing. "Great"customer service indeed. No thank you!
