Worst VS store ever! No help when needed and check out wait is ridiculous! Was in line for about 20 min and there was only 1 cashier! She was helping another customer with corporate and even called for help but no one came! Got fed up and left my stuff back and left. Not the first time this has happened, but it’s definitely the last because I’m never coming back to this store. I rather drive another 20 min and shop at another VS store. This VS is the most awful shop ever!

Worst experience ever the manager Jacqueline was very rude! I had 20.00 rewards cards, the employee checking me out told me I could use two,The manager made a big deal and told me she couldn't do it. Kept asking if I wanted her to call customer service I said yes. If her employee told me she could use two she should honor it. I don't go to Penn square mall often, (jacqueline supposedly the manager) made me never want to go back. I will be cancelling my Victoria secret card and I'll keep complaining on this girl until she learns good customer service.
