Yeah you guys will scan the packages until your employees damage a package then you just won't scan it so it will look like it's lost. So the fact that my package has to expected delivery date was removed automatically tells me the my package was likely extremely damaged just like last time. Thankfully I put insurance on it. I already know what to expect.
