Where do I begin? Moving as a whole is already a stressful experience, however I would go on record as saying you hire movers to sort of take away some of that stress. I hired this company and they offered me a slot of 9 a.m. (keep in mind they offered me this slot). I agreed to 9 a.m. I received a text message at 7:40 a.m. the day of my scheduled move, asking me can I reschedule for 1 pm because they were running behind schedule due to not finishing a job the day before. Normally I am a very flexible person, however I could not reschedule for 4 hours later because I had already scheduled to have my cable/internet installed at that exact time (typical moving to do list). In addition, the cable company will not service you unless you already have your Tv's set up. I asked this company if I needed to call another company since they would not be able to service me at the time that was agreed upon. They told me "No we got you covered, crew will be there at 9". I proceeded to prepare myself for the movers arrival, only to get a call 30 minutes later from a completely different person telling me "Sir i'm so sorry but we will not be able to get to you before 12". I then voiced my displeasure and informed the lady that this was completely unacceptable as this was the time slot they offered me. To further inconvenience my family, instead of allowing me to move on and hire another company while it was still early, they chose to lie and tell me they would be here at 9 a.m. knowing it was not possible to do so. Highly frustrated, unprofessional company, stay away!
