I had a great experience with U-Pack. I made the reservation two months in advanced and they would send me notifications letting me know my move was near. I had to move the date once and the representative was kind and made sure I didn't have to pay anything extra due to the change.
On the day of delivery, I called the dispatch because I had finished packing earlier then expected. My trailers was to be dropped off between 4 and 8. When I talked to the representative to ask if they could send a trailer sooner he informed me that the drivers had schedules and are out of the station already but he would send one if they finished sooner. The driver was at my apartment at 4:10 pm.
The driver, David, helped us undue the ramp. We discovered that the ramp was malfunctioning so David went to get us another. He came back with a pick up truck and set the new one up for us. I called a few days later to get it the trailer picked up and had not problems, I didn't even have to be there. The trailer got to my location with ease. I even had to change the address to the drop off location and everything still went smoothly. They sent me a text so I could schedule the final pick up. I scheduled it easily and again, didn't have to be there for pick up.
would recommend them to anyone. I would say though, make sure you have a lot of space available for the trailer.
