I brought four new polyester uniform shirts to the Yukon Town Plaza location to get shoulder patches sewed on and have the shirts pressed. The patches were sewn on 6 inches too low and when they were removed to be sewn in the correct placement, the sleeves were left with the stitching outline from where the patches were previously sewn. The employees were apologetic and said they would have the owner call me to work it out. He refused to call me, and told his employees to give me a 20% discount on the work. Wow, discount for damaging $240 worth of shirts. Additionally, don’t get clothing starched and pressed unless you want to have double creases and pressed in wrinkles. 0 stars would be too high of a rating in my opinion, especially in regards to customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and a claim in Canadian County’s Small Claims Court.
