Total Beverage Services

We have been using Total Beverage Services for all our office coffee and water needs for quite sometime now. Total Beverage Services has always worked their hardest to accommodate our needs swiftly, and it is highly appreciated. One day, on a random fluke we had a coffee machine putter out and quit. (For an office that is full of coffee drinkers, that was not the best news to receive early morning) Total Beverage Services responded to our call quickly and had a BRAND NEW coffee machine out to our location in OKC within a couple short hours. We were very impressed. They have been more than patient with us as we make changes to shipment dates, orders, and office needs. They have never missed a delivery and never fail to go above and beyond providing excellent service. Russell is our go-to man, the savior of the broken coffee machine day, and the bringer of all things java. He always enters the office with a smile on his face, and makes sure he knows just what we need. All of us here in the office appreciate Russell, and the entire Total Beverage Services team!
