Taco Bueno

ZERO STARS, but it makes you select one. I will never go to this location again. I do like Taco Bueno, but I don't feel that you should have to wait for 45 minutes, for a VERY simple order like Four Bean Burritos. I was in the restaurant after 7PM, after the typical dinner rush. I find this unacceptable. Meanwhile the staff was unprofessional, laughing and making jokes while the lobby, and drive through is full of people waiting. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the third bad experience in a row I have had. I will NEVER again be in this location.

Slowest service ever!! This is a fast food place. A 30 minute wait for two combo burritos, chips & queso is a bit much. Then when we got our food it was almost cold. I love bueno and this location is definitely sub par.
