Taco Bell

We went through and got doritos tacos, we then noticed our charge was higher than normal. After my boyfriend paid, we found out we were charged supremes when all we wanted were regulars. No big deal, we let them know. The guy was very nice gave us a free drink and refunded us and charged us for the correct amount and everything. My boyfriend checked his bank account and saw there was no refund so he went up and showed him his back account not showing the refund. THE MANAGER THEN SAID “I notice that this is going to make you broke but i can’t get it there any faster” This is the third time they have messed up our order, but never had someone so rude. I’d rather drive to another one then to give them business.
