[UPDATED] After receiving a call from the Manager, by comparing her voice we discovered that the woman I had spoken with originally was not the new manager and so I agreed to give the location yet another chance. Two, even. And I am pleased to inform that everything has been corrected. The restrooms are very clean and all the toilets/urinals in the men's room now flush. Though the one at the end is a little slower to start flowing, it is far from the mess it was before. To the new manager, excellent job and thank you.
