AT&T Store

The manager greeted me upon arrival to my scheduled appointment. An older man walked out the door (where we were standing) and I became invisible. He focused on the sales person who assisted the older man. They celebrated her selling the older man over $200 in a accessories. They carried on in front of me about how she receives a bonus plus 15 extra minutes on her lunch/break. She wanted to go right then and he told her to hang on, he had to take care of me real quick. They both stood there looking at me like a complete bother. My issue was dismissed and unresolved within one minute. Totally unprofessional environment.
