AT&T

Not sure why there are bad reviews. Every time I walk into the store it’s clean and the employees are always helpful. I always tell folks to go to this store if they are in Norman.

Every time that I am forced to deal with AT&T on any issue regarding phone, internet, or TV; I am reminded why I personally use Verizon for phone, and Cox for internet and television. In my opinion, AT&T’s customer service is deplorable and their processes for customer handling are non-existent. Their follow-up is non-existent, and they don’t keep their commitments. If anyone is considering using AT&T for anything, my recommendation is to run to one of the other carriers.
