1 Dec 26, 2019 JD Dunigan Customer service is horrible. I was not given a receipt for the new phone or my old Otterbox back. After 5 calls over 3 days and 3 calls to 611 customer service, the issue is still not resolved. This is ridiculous. UNACCEPTABLE!
