State on Campus Norman

I like the upgrades that they've done to the property. The clubhouse is much better for studying and hanging out than it was before. I got an updated apartment and it's a huge improvement from what it was before. The staff is friendly and have been responsive to my requests. And best of all it's really close to campus.

I have lived at The reserve state on campus on stinson (who even knows what the name is anymore) for almost a year and the management sucks. They are all really nice people but they never communicate with each other and they rarely communicate with their residents about important issues but they also send a million emails about all their promotional events. Our AC is currently out and has been for three days with no hope of an end in sight. Our apartment has been sitting at 90 degree heat all because they never did the routine maintenance on the AC in the first place. Also the keys are those stupid hotel key cards and they never work and they're a pain to carry. Overall, I have been disappointed with the lack of professionalism from management. If you want anything done, you have to be incredibly persistent before they will give you the time of day.
