Starbucks

Service is very lacking! We wanted nitro coffee and they were out but told us the cold brew was the same. It's not! The cold brew came up without sweet cream and was terribly bitter and undrinkable. The bagels we ordered were forgotten and when we did get them they had to be some of the worst bagels we've ever had. I'd like to say this is just a new store, but I think I'll go back to the local shop who knows how to treat customers and make them feel like it is money well spent. Starbucks is a fail at this location.
