What a run-around. I tried to get something copied, which had some tiny print in the corner indicating the network address the document was at before it was printed. The copy center manager claimed those small letters were a copyright, and he could not copy it. After driving 4 miles home to a magnifying glass, I saw the letters were NOT a copyright. I asked for a complaint # to call, and got a number that gave me one ad after another... direct TV, T-mobile, etc. Never got a staples customer service person on the phone. what a joke of a business. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
