Spiffy's Cleaners

Hello, Spiffy people, Please forgive my not writing sooner, to tell you how very pleased we are with the first cleaning job you've done for us. We brought you a few jackets and a shirt, I think, and the items were done BEAUTIFULLY! The tan jacket you held back to try and clean out the water marks, but it just wasn't possible to get them out entirely. That said, my husband was still thrilled with the results, saying that he didn't think it possible to get the coat that clean. He said the remnants of the water stain were so faded compared to when I dropped it off, and that he knew it would be impossible to remove them entirely. He is very happy with the results of the tan jacket, which your Manager personally explained to me, and apologized for not being able to erase the damage entirely. No prob! Your team made the right decision in opting out of washing the garment, which would have ruined the interior, I'm sure. These garments are our personal wardrobe, but my business is sewing and merchandising retro and vintage clothing. I intend to open a business account with your cleaner, after the first of the year, and will be bringing you many things, I'm sure.
