New Years Day...9 degrees outside...51 inside...the fire in the fireplace was almost out and....no electricity. Called to report outage at 8 am. No ETA for restoration was given but within 2 hours, my black eyed peas were back on and boiling in no time. Kudos to the crew for great service, high five to customer service!!
