Shoe Dept. Encore

We tried to return shoes that we had bought 2 days ago. It was the shoe they had used for the display. They said we can't take back worn shoes. The manager on duty had a very poor attitude. She called her store manager and the store manager fixed our problem and was very nice but the manager on duty continued to have a bad attitude. We've shopped there for years and never had a problem. The manager on duty is very unprofessional and has no business dealing with the public.
