If it was possible to go lower than a one I would. This place is crowded, loud, and poorly built. The floors are all slanted, the windows are NOT insulated, and none of the doors, cabinets, or windows are properly hung/placed.
Management is sneaky, dis-truthful, and will break your lease over and over and then cover it up with fake notices on your door every day. You can't leave your unit without having the cops called for every little tiny reason, and they pick favorites and will constantly attack you for their own enjoyment.
Maintenance is a cast of criminals. Only the head maintenance man is trustworthy. Management will lie to corporate over and over to protect their cheap workers even when they have had sexual assault and sexual harrassment charges pressed against them.
They will enter your home without knocking, with noone home, and without notice. They make a point to try and view female tenants while they are undressed and will dig through and steal your belongings.
They hide this with false notices stating that they are "Checking smoke alarm batteries." This is illegal and a task that the tenant can do themselves.
Management snoops through mailboxes and writes on mail as well, and tries to withhold packages, as well as snooping units unannounced and trying to force you to rewash clean dishes and clean to their standards even when the unit is spotless.
They are PSYCHO.
If you try reporting any of this they hide it by shredding all related documents while their office cameras are illegally paused, and threaten to evict you without cause.
The manager also reeks of days-old cigarettes and can be found outside on the front walkway chain-smoking in front of residents and their pets and children. Every document she touches, and her office smell like an ashtray as well.
This place also discriminates against disabled people and kicks out service animals illegally, and will continually harrass you with complaints just for an excuse to snoop and search your unit for no reason. They will also call animal control/the police just to drive you crazy.
It is a terrifying experience just to leave your unit for five minutes to take the trash out knowing that the police could show up or you could be evicted or robbed at any moment.
They are the worst apartment complex my family has ever experienced.
Don't fall for the fancy appearance of this complex, it is a filthy, trash littered, privacy-less, paranoid NIGHTMARE.
