While he may be a good physician I suppose we will not get to find out. My wife has been having very bad pain in her leg for no reason we can see. So naturally I wanted her to see someone a little more qualified than webmd. She sets up an appointment and gets there right at the appointment time, admittedly she should have arrived earlier for paperwork but still one minute early isn't terrible. After the woman up front questioned whether or not her insurance card was legitimate simply because she did not recognize the card despite the name of the insurance company and all pertinent information being on this card. She then proceeded to waste 45 minutes verifying whether or not they were in network despite my wife having already done so before her appointment! After the woman tells her they do accept the insurance and they're in network she's told she will have to reschedule because he doesn't have time to see her now. I guess we are lucky she didn't have to pay for a cancelled appointment. So now my wife is out her sick time and the gas used to drive over just to be told information she knew before she ever arrived. My wife is too kind a person to argue the matter so she got told what she was doing by the receptionist and just shoved right back out the office worse off than when she went in.
