Riddle Plant Farm

When visiting relatively early on a Friday morning I asked and employee some questions about trimming fruit trees. It seemed that they were not knowledgeable about the items which needed to be trimmed and how best to trim. When stating that I thought they were guessing or did they know they went to get another employee. This new employee said well you need to cut the things at the bottom of the tree and I mentioned branches and they said oh yes. I also asked this employee if they knew what they were talking about and they said yes. However I did not get the overall feeling that either one of the employees knew what they were talking about when it came to trimming fruit tree branches.
