Our review is long overdue however time hasn't changed our opinion of Terry Baker and helper. My husband and I absolutely love our windows. It was refreshing to have workers arrive when they stated they would. Terry and helper were friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable about anything thing we needed to know about our installation. I understand that Terry and helper worked a good hour after our windows were installed in an attempt to match our windows with our existing frame. The frame had to end up being painted a bit later, but we appreciate Terry and helper for going the extra mile. We have 5 more windows to replace and we look forward to seeing Terry and his helper again!
