Raley's Pools

I met with James over a month ago. I was very excited to potentially work with Raley's pools after our meeting. Very nice guy. He stated that he wanted to meet with me and my wife together within the next week or two. I tried, but he couldn't make any meeting happen. That was totally understandable given that his schedule was pretty full. However, we tried contacting him for the next 3 weeks straight. I have only one returned call from his assistant, who simply said she would try to reach him. I'm stunned by the other reviews! We can't even get a reply to a text message or phone call. Our experience is that Raley's doesn't have interest in working with new or potential customers.... hard to understand why they waste time to meet with a possible new customer. I highly recommend using someone outside of the Tulsa area if you want a pool. Don't hold your breath waiting to hear back from these folks cause they won't be calling back.
