I recently went in to Rains looking to replace my oven. From the second we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly face that was still smiling 45 minutes later as I was still trying to decide (even though by this point my husband was not). We had already been to Lowes and Home Depot and had already spent about 2 days looking online at new ovens. Thanks to the AMAZING customer service and great prices, we ended up replacing all four of our kitchen appliances (Fridge, Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher). We opted for delivery and installation which they initially scheduled for the next day. Lucky for us they ended up having an opening that afternoon and delivered everything about two hours after the purchase. The crew that came in were all extremely polite and efficient! They worked diligently to get everything installed correctly and quickly. They even swept up afterwards! It was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing appliances!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Rains for your appliance needs.
