tl:dr- A good, honest shop. Straight to the point and personable. Put the car on the lift and showed me the problem. I've been jerked around before, this was not one of those places. Will be going back and recommending it to everyone. Like other reviewers have said, don't be put off by the location or size of the building.
The Story: I brought my vehicle here after being suspicious of a major local shop's inability to locate an oil leak. I was suspicious because the oil leak was not a small amount at all, and they seemed to want to push to 'replace hoses' and other such things to 'track the leak down' and use 'tracer fluid'. Which by the by, seemed suspiciously expensive. I did not inform R&R about it, simply that I was bringing it in for some other issues and filter replacements.
R&R serviced the items I asked for, but also the leak was located, he even put the car up on the lift and showed it to me and how obvious it seemed with a visual inspection. This is what a good Mechanic should do, and I will happily part with the money to fix this problem and more than that, make them the place for my oil changes and other maintenance. Shady mechanics give those like R&R and other professionals a bad name. Save yourself the time and stress and just go straight here, okay?
