Quality Inn & Suites Durant

We were on our way back from San Antonio, Texas and got sleepy so we decided in Dallas that we were going to stop somewhere. My moms a truck driver and booked us this hotel, mostly because it’s only 4-5 hours from our home town and we just needed a good snooze. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes and then I began to look around into where the breakfast area was and found her. They should have a bell. The front desk lady on April 24th at 4:30 am was super RUDE! Unacceptable. She works customer service. Literally just made everybody cranky because of her attitude. we understand why she would be cranky it’s early/late, but she’s working. There was someone sleeping in the lobby on one of the chairs which is sketchy and does not make me feel secure about my child being here. There’s stains on the carpet and the bed sheets. The floor to the wall is coming apart and laying on the floor unattached. It was just a bad experience and we haven’t even slept yet. We regret not staying in one of our other options. UPDATE: they charged us $400 on our card! The only thing we used was the beds and toilet. We didn’t shower, use any of the amenities or anything!
