Several years ago I had two major shoulder surgeries, and Kim and Hailey at the Pilates Fitness Center have worked with me to get my flexibility back. The studio runs like clockwork and provides a very relaxing environment. I am so thankful that Kim and Linda decided to open this facility and I often think about the number of people whose lives are better because of PFC.
