Pheasant Run Apartments

Lazy managment team from the top down to the property manager. Property manager refuses to note repairs and is on the property maybe 6hrs a week. Laundry room is worthless, only one functioning washer and half the dryers don't get hot. Apparently Wilhoit properties doesn't care about their income source enough to address any issues, so don't try to contact them. The only person I have talked to in this entire company that didn't have a disgusting attitude is the maintenance guy. I give you mad props Bob, I couldn't work with that awful woman.
