PetSmart

Will never take my dog back here ever again he came out disoriented limping hurting i have no idea how they hurt him i even called there corporate office. And no one cares to get to the bottom if why or what happened. So i found new groomer and i will never go back to pet smart for ANYTHING. Well I thought I would give this store second chance just by buying another cat water fountain because the first one I bought broke after having it for nearly three years but I just bought filters for the old one not two weeks ago so I went to exchange or refund for the filters that I bought for the old one and because I will not hand out my phone number the manager on duty is trying to tell me that I cannot even exchange them for something I can use I'm sorry but I have an unlisted phone number because nowadays people like to even get ahold of your cell phone number and use it for soliciting purposes and I can't even exchange it for something that I can use in your store I even told him I would go to my bank and get a bank statement proving I purchased this in his store he didn't care he told me it wouldn't even matter that I had to supply a phone number even to exchange this product that I bought in his store I don't think so so then he suggested for the cashier to put her phone number in the computer so that I can get this exchange completed then there was $2 and some change put on a gift card I felt so bad that I gave the cashier that gift card for her trouble now this will definitely be the last time I shop at PetSmart in Enid I would rather order online for anything that I need then go in that store that is absolutely ridiculous
