I made my reservation online, but then had to extend that reservation. I called the main office and the staff were very friendly and told me that it would be no problem to extend my current reservation. Only when I returned the car did I find out that they nearly doubled my daily rate. I contacted them and the response was very rude and basically said that I didn't return the car when I said I would even though I have records of the phone call. When I pointed that out, they didn't even reply and simply closed the case and refused to return my money. Very poor customer service . I will never use them again.
