I moved to The Parc in July 2016. I absolutely loved it at the beginning. The manager listened and I felt at home. In my last year there, the manager changed and I did not feel at home. A light busted in May 2017. It literally blew up in my apartment while I was sleeping. I put in for a maintenance request. Nothing was fixed. I contacted the office a month before I left letting them know it still hadn't been fixed. I spoke to the actual maintenance guy to request he fix it before I leave, but he never did. Every time I spoke to the new manager, Celia, she was cold and unwelcoming. In the end, I was told I needed to have my carpet professionally cleaned and show her a receipt. This was not specified in my contract. There was also an expectation written out a month before I left that I should be held responsible for making the apartment "move in ready." I complied, hoping I would get my full deposit back. Instead, they took out about $100 and never told me why.
While I did love the location, the pool, and the layout of this facility, I paid way too much money to be treated poorly by the new management staff.
