This is a great example of why people say the mental health industry needs to change. I was/am in need of mental help, I have great insurance and income through my employer and a very open schedule. I called yesterday morning around 9am to get new patient info. The woman on the phone said before she can book an appointment she needed my insurance information to verify coverage. She was polite. I gave it to her and she told me she would call me back later that day to get my appointment booked if everything checked out. Never got the call. Tried calling this morning, the woman on the phone this time couldn't find my info, and after putting me on hold for longer than 5 minutes I disconnected the call. I'm sorry I never got to meet Dr Melton as the reviews on him seemed to be positive, it's a shame this place wasn't able to help me even book an appointment. In case the office is reading this, my first name is Taylor and the first digits of my phone number are 918-404, although I am posting under my partner's account with his name. Telling you this so you can verify that what I am saying is true if you wish to, although I do not wish to be contacted by your establishment. I shall seek help elsewhere. Good luck to all of you out there searching for help, maybe your experience with this place will be better than mine.
