I had the worst experience here today (8-31-2016). I showed up 30 minutes before closing to just get a estimate on my 99 GMC truck. The man with the long biker ponytail was on the phone when I pulled up. He walked in the garage and I walked the front door, waited on him to come and greet me and to see what I needed. Well that never happen. I walked back outside to get help and he Ignored me while he was on the phone for 5 minutes. So I left after 5 minutes of no help and intentionally being disregarded as a paying customer.
And the only reason I chose to go to a&a muffler is because that where my father had the first set pipes put on the same truck done. And he told me nothing but good about them a&a , but I guess alot can change in 16 yes. So long story short I wouldn't waste my time (5:30) here customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
