It's called an appointment for a reason. I had an appointment (confirmed only yesterday) with my new dentist, Dr. Andrea Montgomery, whom I met once and really liked, only to be shown into the operatory 18 mins. late and then greeted by some old guy (whom I had witnessed being rude to a visitor in the lobby some 22 minutes earlier) that I had never met before. When I asked him who he was, he asked me who I was. When I asked for MY dentist, I was told I would have to come back another day because she was with a patient and that when I came back I should "lose the attitude". At which point I stated that I would not be coming back. Period. I had previously read on-line that the old man was a bit of a jack-*ss but had no idea he would be so quick to display his ill-mannered tendencies. I've already made an appointment with a new dentist, and would advise anyone to shy away from this guy. A shame, too. Dr. Andrea, the front desk staff and my hygienist were great. But the fish rots from the head down.
