McDonald's

Today my son had an appointment downtown and decided to eat lunch here. It took 8 mins to get his food. There was only 1 other table seated at the time. After eating less than half of his burger, the manager came and told him he had been there too long and needed to leave. He told her the receipt indicated he'd been there less than 20 mins, but she said she was going to have him arrested if he didn't leave. She then went and told the other table the same thing. Both my son and the couple at the other table had arrived in cars, so obviously weren't homeless. He left without being allowed to finish his lunch. She didn't refund his money. Shameful customer service. I will never eat there again.

Drive thru is efficient but the food is not consistently fresh. Notice on window says free to police officers and such but that didn't apply to me ..I can't even get a manager to answer why the order I had was tasting like them burgers and the Hard Crusty Bun that I was served seemed like heat.lamp a 10 day heat lamp experiment. Not the best Big Mac I ever had and after first bite know it's the last.ti.e.I ever visit that location unless it's for a Coke or something to the nature of being simple with no way to screw it up.
