My first time "attempting" to dine at this restaurant. I placed my order and waited a half hour for a cup of soup and half salad. I watched people who entered the restaurant well after me receive their food before me. I was furious! I finally went up to the counter, let the manaher know how disappointed I was that I didn't receive my food, and asked for my money back. He said "Sorry about that" and refunded me without hesitation. Needless to say, I won't attempt to eat at McAlister's ever again! Horrible!!!
