Lowe's Home Improvement

My wife and I went to the Lowes Moore Store this morning to shop for a new washer, dryer and dishwasher. No one greeted us or asked if we needed help as we wandered through the aisles of appliances. Two male Lowes Associates were standing at their computer stand, side by side and completely absorbed with whatever was on their screens. They never once looked up. Finally, a female Associate from Cabinets came over to ask us if we needed help. We asked a question she didn't know, so she went over to ask one of the male Associates, still absorbed in their computer screens. He did NOT come over to talk to us, only gave some partially intelligible answer that meant nothing. The female Associate was very kind, but not well informed and operating outside her assigned area while two male Associates remained glued to their computer screens. Finally, I said to my wife we are leaving. We left, went to Home Depot in Moore and purchased a matched pair washer and dryer and a new dishwasher. The ONLY Associate on duty there was very friendly, very well informed and gained himself a profitable sale. I never write poor reviews, but this time I am going to make an exception.
