*****UPDATE***** **After reading my review, the owner of the company called and apologized for the situation that occurred. He told me that customer service is important to him and didn't want to lose my business and we worked out a deal. Considering the owner went above and beyond to make things right, I have updated my previous review to reflect my current situation. I would definitely use again.** On Christmas Eve, our heater went out. We understood it being the holidays but we took our chances to find someone. We called Dan's and didn't get an answer so we called Les Lambert after hours. The tech didn't answer but called back and said he wasn't in town but would come and call when he got to Altus. Meanwhile, Dan's called back and could come immediately, it was 2 in the afternoon. we told him thank you but we already asked someone to come. An hour passed, then 2. I called the cell phone that had called me, the main office and after hours phone and no one would pick up. I called multiple times until it was 7pm. No one ever showed up or called. We ended up waiting until after Christmas and called Dan's. They showed up immediately and ordered the parts to fix our heater. We never heard from Les Lambert. Will not call them again.
